Overall, we had a great time. Although I have to admit it was good "comingback to civilization", that is cooler temps and paved roads. The condo is in a perfect location, unless you WANT to be in the heart of town with all the other people. Not us. We felt like we could go into town when we wanted and leave it behind when we headed "home".The condo was very comfortable and easy to walk to the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee to check the waves. We crossed the estuary and walked up to the golf course to collect shells. The best shells, at least when we were there, were near the hotel. Not many shells as you get closer to the golf course, but the walk was nice. Be sure to get to the beach for the sunset, always beautiful. And it is social, lots of other folks watching too. Bring your margaritas.

Beautiful Condo, steps from the beach. The best surfing of the whole vacation was right out infront of the Condos at Langosta. Nice wide beach with thousands of awesome seashells!

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo at
Tamirindo, Costa Rica. The beach there is beautiful and we enjoyed the way
the river flowed into the ocean at that spot. We could sit in the water
and float either up or down the river depending what the tide was doing at
that particular time.
Your condo is cute and it was nice having the pool right outside the door as
it was hot in the afternoons. In fact we wouldn't have minded a little
rain. Later on when we went inland for a few days we encountered a tropical
storm at Tabacon and it was very pleasant.
The town of Tamirindo is cute and we had several very fine meals there and
enjoyed the shopping. We rented a car and drove up and down the coast to
sight see. I didn't see any other location I would rather have stayed at.
We also enjoyed the people we encountered along the way. The native people
were very pleasant and the tourists were from all over the world which made

We had a great week in your place in Costa Rica. Everyday we would get early
for either a day at the beach or a walk down town. At low tide, it was a walk along
the beach, and at high tide, it was a walk along the road where on three ocasions
we saw families of monkeys in the trees overhanging the road. Jim went on a
canoeing tour and we both surfed and road bikes around town. Our favorite activity
was simply walking to the beach in front of your place and sitting underneath the
,shade of trees on the beach and waiting for the surf conditions to improve depending
on the tide and the off shore winds. The best surf Jim found was right in front of your
place at extreme low tide with a slight offshore wind. Thanks again for the use of your

I just wanted to send you and Kim a big thank you for the opportunity to stay
in your condo in Costa Rica. Dave and I had an unimaginably wonderful time-
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation! We caught some decent waves,
the weather was sublime and the people were incredibly nice. We can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable, full kitchen, great tropical décor. The pool is just outside the door
for morning coffee or moonlight dip. And the great beach of playa LAngosta is just yards away.

Michelle and I would like to Thank You for a wonderful stay at
your lovely place in Tamarindo. We had an absolute blast while we were there!
And we can't wait to go back...the waves were puny, but the sun and beaches
were fantastic...not to mention the Lazy Wave restaurant-what a killer place!

We made it to your condo with no problems and the place is awesome!
Tamarindo is nice as well. We met Bruno, one of your neighbors and he
gave us some advice about local eateries. Everything has been wonderful.
